About the Role

Do you enjoy delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced team environment? Are you looking for flexible, casual work with evening, weekend, and holiday shifts? If so, the Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre is looking for you

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer (Casual) to be the first point of contact for our patrons. In this role, you will provide friendly and efficient service, ensuring every visitor has a positive experience at our Centre.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting patrons at the front desk
  • Handling telephone and in-person enquiries
  • Processing forms, payments, and point-of-sale transactions
  • Providing administrative support to the Swim School
  • Using initiative to resolve day-to-day customer issues

If you're a reliable, team-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills, we'd love to hear from you.
