**THE ROLE** Our Game Masters provide customer service in our venue locations. Job duties include completing transactions, setting up VR displays and equipment, running VR experiences and working with other team members to create a fun atmosphere for guests to participate in their experience. Our game masters are sometimes required to do inventory, hand out promotional flyers to passers-by and promote our new experiences to guests in store, online and over the phone. Game Masters need to have a can-do attitude, keep their workplace tidy and have some form of IT knowledge. **OBJECTIVES** - Create memorable experiences through outstanding customer service - Drive sales with a positive "can do" attitude and suggestive selling - Positively promote the business, with every customer interaction **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Work as part of a dynamic team - Be punctual and take pride in your appearance - Booking customers onsite and via phone - Briefing customers and running games - Technology operations and 1st level troubleshooting of computer equipment - Keeping the workplace clean and tidy **PREFERRED SKILLS** - Customer service background, with relevant experience in the activity, leisure, gaming, entertainment, tourism, hospitality, sales or retail industries - Be familiar with VR or IT - Be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.) **AVAILABILITY** - Must be available to fill in shifts during the weekdays and weekends where needed. - The majority of shifts will be during the afternoon (4pm onwards) with a few shifts during the day when needed. - You will get around 2 - 3 shifts a week. However this can change depending on circumstances. - Must be available during school holidays and public holidays.
