This role is essential to delivering outstanding customer experiences in our bar operations. As a key part of our team, you will ensure smooth service, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and uphold high standards of hygiene and professionalism. Your contribution helps create a safe, enjoyable, and lively environment for customers while supporting the operational success of the venue.

What you will do...

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a positive experience.
  • Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Adhere to the Club service standards and dress code at all times.
  • Consistently maintain a neat and professional appearance.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are consistently maintained throughout all the club areas, including workstations, equipment, storage spaces, ashtrays, glassware, and the lounge areas.
  • Understand and follow the Plan of Management for gaming, and responsible alcohol service
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) regulations.
  • Engage with customers professionally and build rapport to enhance their experience.
  • Assist in stock control, restocking, and inventory management.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and support the broader operations of the venue.
  • Report any anti-social behaviour to the CSM's, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Ideal background…

  • Experienced in operating a bar and customer service role.
  • Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and beer pouring techniques.
  • Current RSA and ideally RCG
  • Excellent cash handling.
  • Use of POS systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high-energy environment.
