This role is essential to delivering outstanding customer experiences in our bar operations. As a key part of our team, you will ensure smooth service, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and uphold high standards of hygiene and professionalism. Your contribution helps create a safe, enjoyable, and lively environment for customers while supporting the operational success of the venue.

What you will do…

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a positive experience.Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and to a high standard.Adhere to the Club service standards and dress code at all times.Consistently maintain a neat and professional appearance.Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are consistently maintained throughout all the club areas, including workstations, equipment, storage spaces, ashtrays, glassware, and the lounge areas.Understand and follow the Plan of Management for gaming, and responsible alcohol serviceHandle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.Comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) regulations.Engage with customers professionally and build rapport to enhance their experience.Assist in stock control, restocking, and inventory management.Work collaboratively with colleagues and support the broader operations of the venue.Report any anti-social behaviour to the CSM's, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Ideal background…

Experienced in operating a bar and customer service role.Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and beer pouring techniques.Current RSA and ideally RCG Excellent cash handling. Use of POS systems.Ability to work in a fast paced, high-energy environment.
