Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a People and Culture Business Partner, based out of Derrimut head office but also some travel in the western suburbs of Melbourne, VIC. The People and Culture Business Partner will be responsible for leading and managing employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. The role includes developing and implementing HR procedures, providing HR advice, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role will also involve arranging recruitment process, and HR projects. It is a blended generalist role and having strong HRIS (ELMO) experience would be an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Workforce Planning
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR procedures, business writing skills.
  • HR advisory skills and ability to foster and build positive relationships.
  • Experience conducting Recruitment, Onboarding/Offboarding processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead HR project initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
