What we are looking for

  • Passionate, Caring and Driven Female Disability Support Workers.
  • Certificate III or higher in a relevant field of support work desirable.
  • You embody our ethos of Dignity, Respect, Individualised, Visionary and Engaging.
  • You are dedicated to providing high quality care.
  • A willingness to learn - taking part in our regular paid training opportunities.
  • You have or can obtain the following:

  • Blue Card and NDIS Screening/ Yellow Card

  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Driver's Licence
  • Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance

Benefits and Salary

  • $32 - $43 per hours (depending on experience and qualifications) plus penalty rates and super.
  • Flexible working hours and option to choose your own availability.
