About the Role:

We're currently looking for friendly, reliable Support Workers to join us for daytime, evening, and sleepover shifts. If you're after regular, ongoing shifts and value a healthy work/life balance, we'd love to hear from you

Whether you're experienced or just starting out in the industry, we welcome applications from people who share our values. Training is provided, and we recruit based on the right attitude and personal qualities, not just qualifications.

This role is available for an immediate start.

  • Great casual rates:

  • With Certificate III: starting $43.23/hr (weekdays) to $77.81/hr (Sundays)

  • Without Certificate III: starting $33.94/hr (weekdays) to $61.09/hr (Sundays)

  • Additional benefits:

  • Hourly First Aid allowance

  • KLM reimbursement when using your car for client appointments
  • Broken shift allowance
  • Sleepover allowance

What You'll Need (or be willing to obtain):
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Blue Card (Working With Children)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Infection Control Certificate
  • A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle (with willingness to transport clients)
