If you are an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant Customer Service Officer looking for a career where you can give back to those in need then, this is the rewarding job you have been looking for Our Customer Service Officers work within a motivated and supportive team, and provide our current and potential clients, community vendors and Support Workers in the field with excellent service.

As a Customer Service Officer with integratedliving, you will be the first point of contact for information on services, packages, and all things integratedliving

If you value exceptional customer service, have a positive attitude and commitment to providing the best care to our clients. As well as;

  • Availability to work Monday - Friday
  • The ability to problem solve and think outside the box
  • Open to change and easily adaptable to an ever-changing industry
  • Effectively and efficiently resolve complaints and feedback from clients
  • Quickly and accurately recording a brief summary of conversations into a database
  • Being kind and compassionate toward people that need assistance, even when they are not having the best day
