We're on the lookout for a motivated Farm Hand to join our team in the beautiful Northern Wheatbelt, near Wongan Hills. What you'll be doing:

You'll be working closely with the Operations Manager to keep the wheels turning—literally—on a large-scale cropping aggregation. Think modern gear, high-end tech, and a team that values smart, safe, and efficient work.

What we need from you:

Minimum 1 year experience in broadacre grain cropping

Confidence with the operation and maintenance of machinery and chemical handling

Strong attention to detail (especially with record keeping and WHS)

Excellent communication skills – with team, managers, and suppliers

Leadership skills and a practical, process-driven approach
