**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a driven and motivated junior setter to join our in-house manufacturing team. We are looking for someone who is motivated and willing to learn with a high level of attention to detail.

**Required skill set**:
Some setting knowledge is required and an understanding of fundamental jewelry manufacturing with a knowledge of precious and semi precious gemstones and the ability to work under microscope for larger and high value stones.
- Prong setting
- Channel setting
- Bezel setting

**Desirable skill set**:
It would also be desirable if you had casting clean up and some general jewellery experience and knowledge.
- willingness to share new jewellery manufacturing skills
- Willingness to clean castings and problem solve defects of castings
- Work well in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Attention to detail and the drive to manufacture high quality jewellery
- Ability to take direction and be open minded to training and upskilling
- Must be motivated and punctual

Full Time role 38 hours per week
