As a Research Assistant / Desktop Publisher, you'll combine analytical expertise with publishing precision to deliver research that is accurate, visually engaging, and aligned with NAB's brand and compliance standards. This is your opportunity to influence the voice of NAB's market commentary and ensure our publications stand out for their quality and impact.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
- Manage the research publishing calendar and coordinate production timelines for timely delivery across digital and print channels
- Design and format reports, charts, and presentations using Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Integrate financial data and visuals from platforms such as Bloomberg and Macrobond
- Ensure all outputs meet NAB's brand standards and regulatory compliance requirements
- Maintain publishing templates, style guides, and automate workflows for efficiency
- Support digital distribution through content management systems and client portals
- Coordinate the NAB Business Survey and manage relationships with external data providers
- Assist in planning and executing webinars and client events in collaboration with internal team
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
- 3+ years' experience in financial markets research and/or desktop publishing
- Strong design and data visualization skills using Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with financial data platforms (Bloomberg, Macrobond)
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Understanding of compliance and brand standards in research publishing
