About the role
This is a commercially focused Business Development Manager role within the aesthetics sector, responsible for driving growth across a portfolio of injectables and professional skincare. The position suits a confident, relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business while nurturing established clinic partnerships.
You'll work closely with aesthetic clinics, injectors and practice owners, positioning premium products, supporting education and influencing adoption through strong commercial and clinical conversations.
- Key responsibilities
Identify, convert and onboard new aesthetic clinics - Grow and retain existing accounts through structured planning and follow-up
- Support practitioners with product education and appropriate use
- Maintain regular in-clinic engagement and strong customer presence
- Track activity, pipeline and competitor activity
- About you
Proven sales experience within aesthetics, injectables highly regarded - Strong new business capability balanced with account management discipline
- Existing clinic or injector relationships advantageous
- Confident communicator with professional presence
- Highly organised, self-managed and commercially driven
