About the role: This role will be working for our Mars Champion segment, where we make life better for pets and their owners.
Role Title: Logistics, Inventory, and Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Melbourne
Hours: Full-time
Reporting to: Supply Chain Director
What you'll do:
- Resolve customer or system issues in a timely manner
- Complete required documentation for order processing, stock returns, disposals, or donations
- Support logistics operations and transfer of stock between DCs as required
- Ensure high service outcome across 3PLs, reporting performance vs KPIs and customer feedback
- Be the key point of contact to support customer enquiries and order management
- Inventory Management and reporting
- Goods receipt of all inbound stock into SAP
- Coordinate and responsible for internal and external auditor 3PL inventory stock takes.
- Maintain high level of control and reconciliation for all inventory movement & adjustments between SAP, BC and 3PL WMS
- Monitor interfaces between all operating systems and applications.
Your unique ingredients:
- Experience in inventory management and or customer service is preferred but not essential
- Customer centric mindset with proactive can do approach
- Previous experience with SAP or other ERP system is preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
