What You'll Do:

  • Keep records and client communications organised
  • Order supplies and keep the office running smoothly
  • Handle admin tasks like answering phones, data entry, scanning, raising Purchase Orders, & Receiving stock/deliveries

What You Bring:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • A calm, professional attitude (bonus if you've got a sense of humor)
  • Experience in admin or office support roles preferred
  • a positive outlook and willingness to learn on the job
