motivated and experienced Branch Manager
to lead our Mackay operations. This is a pivotal role where your leadership will directly influence operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction.

As Branch Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, guide a dedicated team, and foster strong client relationships.

Your strategic mindset and hands-on approach will be key to expanding local market presence and achieving business goals through high quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily branch operations with a strong focus on compliance, efficiency, and service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to transport regulations, safety protocols, and company standards.
• Provide clear direction and support to your team, cultivating a professional and accountable work environment.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure timely and high-quality service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage branch budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the transport industry, with a solid background in branch or operations management.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations, compliance, and safety standards.
• Leading with a proven track record in safety and compliance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to error-free operations.
• Effective communicator with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with logistics management software is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and experience managing budgets and Profit Loss Statements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• HR licence or above (or the willingness to obtain a truck licence we can offer full internal training).
• Forklift Licence – mandatory.
