We're looking for a Supplier Relationship Manager to take ownership of supplier partnerships, lead a small buying team, and unlock promotional opportunities across catalogues, campaigns, and supplier deals. You'll be the link between great products, strong supplier relationships, and exciting customer offers.

In this role, you'll:

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships that drive value and innovation
  • Negotiate commercial terms, rebates, and promotional support deals
  • Identify and activate supplier-led marketing opportunities
  • Keep stock flowing and contracts on track through proactive category and supply management
  • Mentor and guide a small, capable buying team

You'll need:

  • Proven experience in procurement, buying, or supplier management (preferably in food, FMCG, or wholesale)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A sharp eye for opportunities and promotional thinking
  • Confidence with numbers, contracts, and supplier systems
