Your Next Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a full-time Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at our One Mile Beach Holidays site.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll play a key role in being the welcoming face of the park, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and having fun while doing it

One Mile Beach is a picturesque stretch of golden sand near Port Stephens, perfect for swimming, surfing, and relaxing by the sea

In this Role, You'll

• Lead and organise the housekeeping team, allocate tasks, supervise work quality, and ensure high standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and room audits, using insights to improve service and escalate safety or maintenance issues.
• Manage housekeeping operations, including stocktakes, ordering linen and amenities, and maintaining tidy storage areas.
• Perform hands-on cleaning duties in rooms and common areas to meet health and guest standards.
• Collaborate with the Park Manager and team, building strong relationships while supporting a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.
