We are an established family law practice located in a shopping centre in the northern suburbs of Brisbane.  Through a consistent focus on providing excellent client service at affordable fees, we have built a strong reputation in the local area.

We are seeking an organised and motivated Paralegal to join our team.This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers in a supportive and friendly environment where your contribution will make a real difference. Our office is modern and well-equipped, with ample free off-street parking.

About the Role

As our Paralegal, you will assist our solicitors with day-to-day family law matters. Your responsibilities will include:

· Providing general administrative support to our professional staff.

· Liaising with clients, courts, and other professionals

· Managing client files and maintaining accurate records

· Drafting and preparing court documents and correspondence

Salary will be negotiated based on qualifications and experience.

This role is part time, three days per week.

Skills and Experience

· Impeccable personal integrity

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality outcomes.

· Previous experience as a paralegal is an advantage

· Previous experience with Leap software is desirable but not essential.
