Outcome Legal is a busy boutique commercial and property practice firm and is seeking a professional individual to join our team, who has the drive and determination to succeed and provide unparalleled service to our clients. You must be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team. You must also be able to manage files from start to finish.

Job requirements:

- Preparation of sale and purchase of residential contracts
- Reviewing and drafting contracts of sale including special conditions.
- Ability to carry through all stages of conveyancing transactions from pre-exchange to settlement.
- Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors, conveyancers and mortgagees.
- General file management and office duties.
- Assisting solicitors as required.

Skills & Experience
- Experience with Leap, PEXA and Infotrack
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
- Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in property selling
- Experience with off the plan purchases and sales

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
