Conveyancing Paralegal

As we continue on a journey of expansion and evolution, we are currently in search of a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our (QLD) practice and play a pivotal role in propelling our success.

The role will be:

• Managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from initiation to completion, including sales, purchases, off the plan and transfers.
• Providing advice to clients on matters related to property transactions and ensure all legal requirements and obligations are met
• Ensuring compliance with property law, regulations, and conveyance procedures
• Managing multiple tasks and cases simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail
• Delivering exceptional client service and maintain the highest ethical standards

You will have:

• Proven experience in conveyancing, with a solid track record of managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions
• Understanding of property law, regulations, and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal terms to clients in an easily understandable manner
• Strong organisation skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in using case management software (TriConvey/Smokeball desirable)
