The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for elevated experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone.
We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Mahogany team.
Mahogany is located on Level 2 at Crown Sydney and provides 24/7 luxury food and beverage offerings to our VIP gaming guests, including a blend of gaming, private gaming salons a restaurant and bar. Classic Western and Asian specialties are served from a fast-casual dining menu.
In this role, you'll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge
About you
You'll bring the following:
- Previous experience in a gaming/ RSL.
- A passion for customer service
- Reliability and a trustworthy attitude
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster across 24/7
- Chinese/Vietnamese language skills are advantageous
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

To be successful, you'll:
- Hold a current RSA certificate.
This role requires you to:
- Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts
- Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Show a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks.
Please note: These are permanent positions which require the ability to work unrestricted hours. We currently have full time & part-time positions available.
