Job Opportunity: Shutdown Maintenance Planner

Location: Osborne Park, WA (Monday to Friday)

Reports to: Regional Hub Lead

Are you a proactive shutdown maintenance planner with a passion for maximizing fleet availability? Emeco is seeking someone to lead maintenance scheduling and support equipment reliability across multiple mining sites. Join a high-performance team and make a tangible impact on equipment performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shutdown Maintenance - Preparation presentation and implementation
  • Align planning with labour capacity, tooling, and part availability.
  • Coordinate breakdown responses and adjust plans to minimize downtime.
  • Lead weekly and daily maintenance planning meetings with site stakeholders.
  • Monitor completion of plans using Emeco Operating System (EOS) reports.
  • Close out work orders in AMT (CMMS) and ensure data accuracy.

What We're Looking For

  • Trade qualification (preferably in HME); planning/management degree is a bonus. Otherwise - Experience in this field of work.
  • Experience with CAT, Hitachi, and Komatsu equipment in a mining environment.
  • Strong planning and scheduling background using CMMS tools (We use AMT).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Sound knowledge of mining operations and equipment reliability drivers.
