The Business
Founded in 2015, our client, LÉGOE Heritage, was born from a simple idea that maternity wear should never mean compromising on style. They design for the modern mother, curating contemporary and elevated pieces for customers to wear and love during pregnancy and beyond. Their collections are thoughtfully and intentionally created for all chapters of motherhood, while ensuring they can be paired with pieces from previous years or collection drops. With a strong focus on organic cottons, ribbed textures, finer details, and pieces consciously chosen for both mother and baby, their neutral palette styles are true wardrobe staples for today's modern woman.
Role Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing integrated marketing strategies that drive commercial growth, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen brand positioning. This role will oversee end-to-end campaign management, content and photoshoot planning, social media, EDMs, paid advertising, events, PR, partnerships, and agency management. The Marketing Manager will align cross-channel initiatives with business objectives, deliver measurable improvements in sales performance, and ensure all marketing activity reflects the brand vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve revenue and brand growth targets.
- Design and execute integrated, data-driven strategies across all channels (content, email, social media, influencer partnerships, paid media, SMS, website, and brand journals).
- Manage end-to-end campaigns across digital and offline channels, including EDMs, paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok), social media, influencer activity, partnerships, and PR.
- Drive initiatives to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales (e.g., collaborations, flash sales, giveaways, cross-sells).
- Lead social media and TikTok strategies to grow community engagement and reach.
- Oversee content creation and creative production, including photoshoots (location, casting, logistics, and approvals), ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Manage website updates, UX improvements, A/B testing, and CRO initiatives.
- Write and review copy across all channels (EDMs, social, website, blogs, and paid media).
- Track, analyse, and report on marketing and commercial KPIs (revenue, AOV, CR, engagement, reach), providing weekly insights and recommendations.
- Use performance data and trend analysis to refine strategies, scale successes, and address underperformance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team, conducting regular WIPs, one-on-ones, and team meetings.
- Act as the primary liaison with external agencies and platform partners, managing briefs, approvals, and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain brand and commercial partnerships, ensuring delivery against KPIs.
