We are seeking a proactive and organised Scheduler / Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible hours within school hours. You'll be an essential link between our technicians, management, and customers — helping ensure our jobs run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise new jobs in our job management system (SimPro experience an advantage)
  • Schedule and update the weekly works calendar
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
  • Book jobs with customers and coordinate technician schedules
  • Ordering parts & accepting deliveries
  • Prepare and send invoices for completed works
  • Assist with general office administration and record keeping

About You:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with great customer service skills
  • Experience in scheduling, coordination, or office administration (trade or service industry experience highly regarded)
  • Comfortable using job management or scheduling software
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a small, friendly team
