Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct appraisals and presentations with vendors.
  • Manage and market property campaigns.
  • Facilitate negotiations and oversee transactions through to settlement.
  • Analyse sales data and maintain accurate records.
  • Proactively prospect and secure new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Current Agent's Representative Certificate.
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
