We are looking for someone who can:
- Develop and advance collaboration with and among clinicians, consumers, managers, system leaders, and key stakeholders across NSW Health, partner organisations, and other ACI clinical networks to revise, develop and implement evidence-based models of care and innovative projects.
 - Undertake all aspects of project management including planning, project documentation, stakeholder engagement and negotiation, risk management, budget development and management, implementation and evaluation.
 - Participate in the review of health service delivery reform initiatives, working with local health districts and specialty networks to formulate specific strategies to reduce unwarranted clinical variation and avoid overtreatment/overdiagnosis.

What you will be doing
The Network Manager will lead clinical network/s in developing, promoting and implementing new and revised programs and models of care which are evidence-based and support reform of healthcare and service delivery in NSW. The position is critical to fostering engagement to improve patient and clinician experiences, patient outcomes, and transform the delivery of healthcare in NSW.

Employment Type: Full Time – Permanent
Position Classification: Health Manager Level 4
Remuneration: $141, $169,151.00 per annum excluding Superannuation
Hours Per Week: standard + 2hrs toward ADO)

Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent relevant health management experience.
 - High level knowledge of the Australian and NSW Health system, particularly contemporary issues, challenges and strategic directions in violence, abuse and neglect service provision to improve health access for patients and outcomes for the network.
 - Demonstrated experience in managing projects throughout a lifecycle and collaborating with diverse stakeholders in the planning, implementation and evaluation of statewide initiatives.
 - Proven ability to lead and engage multidisciplinary teams in a public sector environment to support clinical, organisational and system priorities and build a dynamic network community.
