Our goal is to build teams of enthusiastic experts who love working at Harris Farm Markets and are able to add that extra something to our loyal customers. We are looking for people that are driven, passionate and want to help reconnect people with the natural joys of food.

Responsibilities:

· Ability to work in fast paced environment and able to perform well under pressure

· Pick, pack products with RF Scanner, wrap pallets

· Report damaged or missing stock to supervisors

· Stack and organize large bulk items and able to follow instructions.

· Able to load and unload trucks

· Move materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations

· Wear safety gear at all times

. Flower preparation and wrapping

· Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles

· Sound communication skills

· Experience driving a forklift is preferable and advantageous.

· Work as an active team member to complete team goals

· Early start and own transportation are required

The right type of person:

  • Outgoing and bubbly personality, willing to engage with our customers

  • Team player, coordination is key as working together is imperative for success

  • Flexible availability, it's a busy Warehouse across 7 days

-A forklift license will be a advantage but not essential.

2am-10am (am shifts)

Hours of work may vary with overtime work available.
