Your Multi-Talented Role

We need a true all-rounder who can juggle four key areas. Think of yourself as the central hub that keeps our care teams and client schedules running like clockwork

  1. Caregiver Recruitment (The People Connector)

  2. Find Our Stars: You'll be the first friendly face to greet potential Caregivers and Nurses. This means posting ads, reviewing applications, conducting engaging interviews, and doing background checks.

  3. Welcome Aboard Manage the full onboarding process, making sure new hires have all their compliance checks and feel ready and supported from day one.

  4. Scheduling & Coordination (The Roster Wizard)

  5. The Perfect Match: This is the critical puzzle You'll schedule Caregivers for client shifts, focusing on great matches that consider skills, location, and personality.

  6. Game Changer: Life happens You'll handle last-minute changes and rostering conflicts with a cool head, ensuring our clients never miss their vital care.

  7. Admin & Data Entry (The Detail Dynamo)

  8. Keep It Tidy: Accurate data is crucial You'll be responsible for entering and updating all client and staff information in our scheduling system—no detail can escape you

  9. File Champion: Keep our electronic files and compliance documentation in perfect order, making sure we meet all the standards that make us great.

  10. General Operations Support

  11. Jump in and help with daily office duties, answer phone calls with a smile, and be the supportive hub for both our field staff and the management team.

What We're Looking For

  • You're naturally friendly and empathetic, with a knack for building rapport quickly.
  • You're seriously organised and take pride in your accuracy, especially with data entry and scheduling.
  • You know your way around an office and have experience with scheduling or client management software (bonus points if it's in the aged care or health space).
  • You can handle a busy day without breaking a sweat and see problems as puzzles waiting to be solved.
  • Most importantly: You have a passion for care and want to work for a company that puts people first.
