Alya is a registered NDIS disability support provider that operates across Southeast Queensland, including Brisbane, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, and the Gold Cost. Alya specialises in supporting NDIS participants across mental health, psychosocial disorders, and complex physical and intellectual disabilities.

- Case Management & Mentorship: Our Participant Support Officers (PSOs) manage caseloads and deploy Mentors (support workers) to support, and enable, participants to work towards their goals.
- Holistic Support Approach: Mentors provide in-home care, community access, and life goal and capacity development.
- Career Growth Opportunities: Alya is actively hiring PSOs in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: Employees can work remotely on approved days but must travel for participant meetings and spend time working in the office.

Pay: $73,250.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- either case management or support coordination : 1 year (required)
- support work/personal care/community access: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening Card (or be eligible to apply) (required)
