As integral parts of our team, you will ensure the successful operation of our Food and Beverage options, under the guidance and support of our Food and Beverage manager. You will assist with the following core responsibilities:

  • Lead our day-to-day operations making every guest feel special
  • Guide and lead a team of excellent Food and Beverage attendants
  • Ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Identify customers needs and respond proactively
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations

The ideal candidates will possess:

  • Eagerness to grow and develop
  • Tech savvy
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Ability to delegate multiple tasks
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lead personnel and meet financial targets
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded
  • Current QLD RSA

This role involves weekend and public holiday work but offers opportunities for career progression, continued training & personal growth.
