Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Dean & Ling Executive Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

This established Melbourne-based, profit-to-member Superannuation Fund offers a professional, inclusive, and purpose-driven work environment. With a collaborative culture and a clear focus on long-term success, the Fund is now seeking to appoint a Company Secretary & Governance Manager to deliver high-quality company secretarial and governance services that support effective organisational oversight.

Reporting to the Executive Manager, Governance, you will play a key governance and compliance role, supporting the Board and its Committees to discharge their legal, regulatory and fiduciary obligations. Key responsibilities will include managing Board and Committee administration, coordinating meetings, preparing and finalising papers, and maintaining statutory records. You will also assist in ensuring governance practices remain aligned with regulatory obligations and APRA Prudential Standards, overseeing processes such as conflicts management, Fit and Proper assessments, and director training. You are either an experienced Company Secretary or Deputy Company Secretary looking to step up, with at least 5 years' experience in a governance, legal or company secretariat role. You will have strong working knowledge of superannuation law, APRA and ASIC regulation and relevant governance standards, and demonstrable experience supporting a board and managing regulatory obligations. Proactive, organised, and detail-focused, you are confident engaging with Directors and Committee members, and are committed to confidentiality and integrity. This role offers genuine flexibility and can be performed full-time, or on a four day a week basis for the right candidate. Melbourne based.
