Job Description: We are currently seeking motivated and reliable general labourers to join our team. As a labourer, you will be assigned to various job sites where you will assist with a range of tasks to support our clients' operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in different industries and work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual Labour: Perform a variety of physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites, including setting up and dismantling temporary structures, cleaning debris, and organizing tools and materials.
  • Construction Assistance: Support construction crews with tasks such as mixing concrete, pouring foundations, and assembling scaffolding.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct basic maintenance and repair work as directed, including painting, cleaning, and minor carpentry tasks.
  • Loading and Unloading: Help with the loading and unloading of materials from trucks and other vehicles.
  • Operating Machinery: Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as required to assist the team and meet the needs of the job site.

Requirements:

  • Physical Fitness: Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a labourer role is preferred but not essential.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of construction and maintenance tasks. Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
  • Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on different job sites and adapt to varying work environments.
  • Communication: Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Safety Awareness: Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
