**About the role**
The Digital Health Trainer is an integral part of a team at Western Health, responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs and support to Super Users and End Users including both clinical and non-clinical staff across all Western Health campuses in Digital Health. Trainers must possess a sound understanding of current workflows, ensuring they can effectively convey the impact of changes to end users.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff across Western Health campuses.
- Create and maintain EMR training materials, including e-learning content and manuals.
- Provide onsite and post-go-live support for users during EMR implementations and upgrades.
- Collaborate with Digital Health teams and clinical staff to ensure effective adoption of system changes.
**About you**:
- Experience in workplace training or education within the health sector, preferably in Digital Health.
- Clinical or informatics background with knowledge of EMR systems (Oracle Health or equivalent).
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex team environment.
- Willingness to travel between Western Health sites to support users onsite.

We also operate Sunbury Community Hospital, Sunshine Mental Health and Wellbeing Centre, Melton Health and Community Services, Bacchus Marsh Community Health Centre, Caroline Springs Community Health Centre and Grant Lodge Residential Aged Care in Bacchus Marsh. Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
