Project Survey Manager
to oversee and deliver the full spectrum of surveying services for one of Sydney's key infrastructure projects.

Starting from our North Sydney office, with harbour views, great coffee, and easy metro access, you'll work closely with our Engineering and Project teams before transitioning to site on the
Upper North Shore
as the project ramps up.

What You'll Do
You'll lead a capable team of contract and project surveyors, ensuring that all survey work, from control data and model management to as-built verification is delivered efficiently, accurately, and safely.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing and coordinating survey teams and resources across site operations
  • Overseeing project control, models, and data integrity
  • Providing timely and accurate spatial information to support engineering and construction
  • Ensuring compliance with project execution plans, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and equipment calibration programs

What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who combines technical mastery with strong leadership and communication skills, someone who can get the detail right while keeping the big picture in view.

You'll Have

  • A tertiary qualification in Surveying or Geospatial Engineering
  • 6+ years' experience in construction or infrastructure surveying
  • Strong capability in modern survey packages and model management
  • The ability to plan, lead, and motivate others in a fast-paced project environment
  • A commitment to precision, collaboration, and safety

Experience working on complex infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
