What would you be doing?

As Centre Manager, you'll be the heart of our community—balancing leadership, compliance, and connection. Your role will include:

• Leading, mentoring, and supporting a passionate team of educators
• Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and the local community
• Driving quality practice through the EYLF, NQS, and child safe standards
• Overseeing daily operations of the centre, including rostering, compliance, and enrolments
• Showcasing the Mayfield culture—celebrating successes and creating a positive, inclusive workplace
• Partnering with families to ensure every child thrives in a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment

• You have a strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and the Rating & Assessment process

• You hold a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood; valid Blue Card; current First Aid/CPR; child protection training (or willingness to obtain); plus Red Nose, Food Safety & SunSmart training (or willingness to obtain)
