At Mayfield Early Education, we're looking for a Floating
Diploma Qualified Educator to join our amazing Cairns team. This unique role
gives you the opportunity to work across our five beautiful centres — each with
its own personality, close-knit team, and community spirit.

You'll step in and support as needed, helping ensure our
children continue to experience the warm, nurturing, and engaging care Mayfield
is known for.

What we're looking for

• Diploma-qualified
  Educator (ACECQA approved)
• A flexible, reliable
  team player with a positive attitude
• Able to adapt quickly
  and move between centres as needed — you may even work at more than one
  centre in a single day
• Willing to accept
  short-notice shifts, which may mean being called in the morning for a
  same-day start (or even that afternoon)
• Own transport and
  driver's licence required
• Someone who loves
  connecting with new teams and children, and can bring consistency, care,
  and calm wherever they go
• A passion for the early
  childhood sector and a drive to grow within it
