As a Management Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding financial performance and supporting the safe, profitable delivery of major infrastructure and construction projects across Australia. This is your opportunity to influence decisions that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management accounts in collaboration with operations and the broader finance team
  • Support budgeting and forecasting requirements
  • Conduct cost reviews and variance analysis of operational and financial performance
  • Assist with audits, statutory reporting, and tax matters as required
  • Partner with operational teams to drive financial efficiency and continuous process improvements

About You

  • CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Proven experience in asset-heavy industries such as construction, logistics, or plant hire
  • Strong technical accounting, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Excel, and Power BI
  • Skilled communicator with a track record of influencing stakeholders
  • Proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement
