**The Role**
As one of the primary points of contact for our customers, you’ll provide exceptional service by identifying their needs and delivering solutions from our platform as well as building relationships with customers to maximise growth and retention opportunities.

In this role, you will:

- Become an expert in our software platform.
- Respond to Support requests, investigate queries and escalate level 2 technical issues to the dev team.
- Build relationships with customers, extend loyalty and maximise opportunities for growth and retention.
- Onboard new clients and ensure they get the most from the product as soon as possible.
- Training for new and existing clients. (via Zoom or Phone)
- Keep Client Support documentation up to date.

Two roles are available with a competitive salary offered based on experience and the role requirements. So if you are an established gun, or someone with strong customer service experience, we have a role to suit.

Our office is within walking distance (8 mins) from the train station and a 2 min drive from Nundah Village. Parking is available.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:

- Quarterly bonus
