Are you a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a highly organised professional to join NSW Gov in Newcastle as an Executive Assistant, supporting our Directors and making a real impact.

About the role As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide top-tier administrative, organisational, and project support to our Directors. You'll play a critical role in keeping things on track, managing priorities, and enabling the leadership team to deliver on key goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex diaries, calendars, correspondence, and communications
  • Coordinating travel, meetings, conferences, and events
  • Preparing agendas, reports, presentations, and briefing material
  • Overseeing correspondence and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Supporting projects and providing accurate reporting to track progress
  • Maintaining staff records and assisting with leave management
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
