About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Washing Up Person and Pizza Person to join our team @Goldfish Bar and Restaurant in Pokolbin, NSW. This is a casual position where you will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring our customers receive a high-quality dining experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas
  • Assisting the kitchen team in the preparation and assembly of fresh, high-quality pizzas
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and surrounding areas
  • Providing excellent customer service and supporting the wider catering team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar washing up or kitchen assistant role is preferable
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
