About the Role

We are a busy boutique law firm with offices in Sanctuary Cove and Beenleigh, known for providing practical, client-focused legal solutions across a range of practice areas. We are currently seeking a capable and experienced Solicitor to join our team on a maternity leave contract for up to 24 months, with potential for permanency for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse general practice caseload
  • Provide legal advice and representation in areas such as family law and wills & estates
  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, and manage court/tribunal matters where required
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment

About You

  • Admitted as a solicitor in Queensland and hold a current unrestricted practising certificate
  • Minimum 3 years post-admission experience (PAE)
  • Experience in family law and/or wills and estates is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication, time management, and file-handling skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with PEXA, Actionstep and Microsoft suite is a plus.
