Join Deloitte's Tax & Legal Quality and Risk Team as a Senior Consultant, where your expertise will directly influence the firm's reputation for excellence and client trust. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with talented professionals across the Tax and Legal service line, helping shape the way we manage quality, risk, and regulatory compliance for our clients.

What will your typical day look like?

You'll lead and support initiatives that drive continuous improvement in our risk management frameworks, working closely with senior leadership and client teams. Your insights will inform key decisions, empowering us to deliver uncompromising quality while meeting evolving regulatory requirements. Expect to engage with complex, high impact matters that challenge and expand your capabilities, positioning you as a valued advisor within the team and across the wider firm.

Expect each day to be different and fast-paced. You will face rewarding challenges as you support Tax & Legal through significant regulatory changes and embrace technology to enhance service delivery.

About the team

Our National Quality and Risk team is dedicated to protecting and enhancing the Deloitte brand. Highly regarded by the business, you will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders at all levels, from Analysts to Partners, helping them navigate and resolve complex risk management issues.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

3+ years of experience in a Risk Management or Tax and Legal role

Holds qualifications in accounting, risk management, and/or law.

Is keen to advance a career in risk management.

Possesses strong organisational, time, and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in an agile environment.

Excels in building relationships and communicating effectively across various stakeholders and functions.

Is capable of working independently and providing autonomous advice.

Can handle the occasional difficult conversation professionally.

Is adaptable to daily task management based on business needs.

Is self-driven, motivated, and continuously seeks to learn.

Works well in a team, collaborating for collective success.

Has a natural curiosity and desire to understand the business context of your work.

Is proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
