We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll provide accurate and timely administrative support to ensure smooth project operations. You'll be an experienced all-rounder who thrives on managing multiple tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
This position is based in our Rivervale, W.A office on a Monday – Friday roster with the possibility of some site travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation, site access, inductions, and compliance requirements
- Prepare, organize, and enter data of timesheets and project costings
- Book employee travel, accommodation, and arrange freight for tooling and equipment.
- Maintain competency, compliance, and mobilisation records.
- Raise purchase orders, process expenses, order parts, and complete general admin tasks.
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
- Previous administration and mobilisation experience on construction projects
- Ability to coordinate and maintain flights and rosters for site employees
- Great time management with an ability to coordinate, prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience
- Strong ability to develop excellent working relationships with all staff, and other key stakeholders
