Ipswich, Australia ARG Workforce Full time $40,000 - $70,000 per year

ARG Workforce has partnered with a global waste and recycling powerhouse to engage an operations assistant for the following, ongoing position based in the Willowbank area. 

The role:

  • Operating the weighbridge to record and track all incoming waste.
  • Providing great customer service and supporting the site manager with day-to-day operations.
  • Entering data and keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • Reporting any issues or irregularities quickly and clearly.
  • Oversee the database, prepare regular reports, and issue certificates of destruction as required.

About you:

  • Blue-Collar or Waste industry experience is highly regarded.
  • Comfortable with early starts (between 6:00am and 7:00am)
  • Have a current driver's licence and reliable transport.
  • A switched-on attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screen and police check.
