PERSONAL ASSISTANT POSITION

**Ipswich Location**
- Confident, Resilient, and preferably experienced Personal Assistant
- Proven track record using great communications to generate outstanding results
- Position will be based in Ipswich, however some training may be undertaken in Brisbane.

We are seeking a highly successful and driven Assistant to assist our Chief Operating Officer, in order to deliver our services based on our strong business values.

**Fassifern Coaches** is a privately owned transport company, offering school bus services, as well as privately chartered services, across South East Queensland.

Our flexible and dynamic approach to transport solutions enables us to offer safe and efficient vehicles to support the local communities in and around Brisbane, Ipswich & the Scenic Rim.

We pride ourselves on providing safe, reliable, and professional bus transport solutions, with good old-fashioned customer service and a can-do attitude.

**To be successful in this role, you must**:

- Be a Confident, resilient, and preferably come with strong Customer Service skills
- Have exceptional computer skills (Microsoft packages)
- Have a proven track record using great communications skills to generate outstanding team results
- High initiative, exceptional work ethic, and demonstrated attention to detail
- Help manage and coordinate the Operations teams, including quoting, staff rostering, and client liaison.
- Support a flexible approach to work and be able to assist the Chief Operating Officer where and when necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong customer/client relationships
- Proven staff management capabilities
- Fast paced environment, with the ability to achieve goals and effectively
- A valid MR/HR or higher drivers' licence would be a strong advantage
- Flexible work arrangements during the school holiday periods, which would make this role ideal for someone managing school children of their own.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Personal assistant: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
