Aged Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to provide care services in the homes of our aged clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality home care services to clients with diverse needs.
- Support clients with daily living tasks, promoting their well-being and dignity.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care services and achieve positive outcomes for clients.
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Aged Care or related field.
- Experience working in home care or a similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
