Hello, this is Hero Sushi

Hero Sushi is a sushi takeaway and restaurant brand with approximately 50 stores across Australia, most of which are directly operated by our head office. As we continue to expand, we are looking for team members to join our newly opening Hero Sushi Shellharbour store in mid-November.

Store Location

  • Shellharbour Store: Kiosk K110A, Stockland Shellharbour, Lake Entrance Road, Shellharbour NSW 2529
  • Training Location: Shop LG W02K, Wollongong Central Shopping Centre - West Building, 200 Crown St, Wollongong NSW 2500

Positions & Salary

-Manager (Full-Time)

  • Training Rate: $29.00/hour (Weekdays x 1.5 Weekend Public Holiday+ Superannuation 12%, Annual Leave, Sick Leave
  • Hours: 42–45 hours per week (Overtime over 38 hours paid at 1.5x–2x)
  • Responsibilities: Sushi preparation, ingredient prep, staff roster management, customer service, store inspections, and general management
