What role will you play?

As a Manager, you will oversee daily surveillance analysis, conduct deep dive investigations and regular reviews of non-exchange based on OTC activities and act as an escalation point for junior members of the team. You will ensure investigations are adequately documented and followed through to resolution in a timely manner and work with local Compliance staff to determine an appropriate and coordinated level of surveillance.

In addition, you will lead efforts to identify gaps and weaknesses in the current surveillance program, contribute to the design, development and implementation of surveillance solutions, assist with regulatory/exchange requests and investigations, and conduct trade reconstruction efforts.

What you offer

  • 3+ years experience in commodity and energy OTC markers, with knowledge of the operation and potential for manipulation across business processed, flows, booking methodologies and client interactions
  • Familiarity with trading systems, their data structures and interfaces
  • Strong data manipulation, analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
