About the role:

I'm working with a leading bank who are looking for a digital product specialist to join their product team.

This is not a traditional Product Owner or Product Manager role - instead, you'd sit within a team focused on shaping and delivering the bank's digital product strategy across payments, channels, integrations and customer journeys.

What the role involves:

  • Helping define and prioritise the customer journey, from onboarding through the lifecycle.
  • Sequencing and taking propositions/features to market.
  • Coordinating across internal teams (program leads, BSP, system integrators) to ensure delivery.
  • Considering regulation and compliance in how products are structured and launched.
  • Supporting integrations into platforms such as Xero, and shaping how corporates engage with the bank's digital offerings.
  • Influencing how the bank evolves its product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market approach.
