SAP Recruiter + HR System Specialist
At Eagers Automotive we are more than just automotive retailing; we are a multi-faceted cohort of great people doing great things.
Location: Brisbane Airport - 5min to DFO & Gateway Motorway
Full-time | Shifts between 7am-7pm | Hybrid work (2 days WFH)
SuccessFactors | Awards & Compliance | Supportive team
At Eagers Automotive, we're on the lookout for a rare kind of recruiter - someone who loves systems as much as people, who can manage end-to-end recruitment while also supporting across all manner of HR enquiries. You love solving "where do I find someone like that?" puzzles, fixing those "the system won't let me" moments, and supporting hiring managers to make smart, compliant, confident hiring decisions.
As we move toward more centralised, supported recruitment, we need someone who knows how to recruit and do it well. That means confidently guiding managers on search strategies, crafting ads that nail the brief (especially when there's an OEM brand to align with), and pulling together offers that meet our HR frameworks. You'll also have the chance to support bulk campaigns and bring fresh energy to our employer brand.
If you:
Are familiar navigating SuccessFactors (especially Recruitment and EC modules)
Have experience fast-paced recruitment environments
Know your way around modern awards and compliance
Would love the opportunity to sculpt a process from scratch
Don't mind picking up the phone to troubleshoot with a manager
Have experience in the automotive world (huge tick)
Then this could be your team
A bit about us
We are Shared Services — a small, close-knit HR team supporting a big, busy organisation. We believe in trust, grace, and shared commitment to doing good work for good people. There's no hierarchy of ego here — just people who genuinely like working together and get things done.
You won't know everything on Day 1 and that's okay. You'll be supported every step of the way as you get your bearings. Humility, curiosity, and kindness go a long way here.
The work you'll be doing
- Responding to employee and manager queries via phone, tickets, and email
- Supporting managers and HR through end-to-end recruitment and onboarding in SAP SuccessFactors
- Getting creative with strategic sourcing and recruitment campaigns
- Interpreting awards and policies with a compliance-first mindset
- Troubleshooting issues with systems and processes & contributing to solutions
- Pulling together employment offers that meet strict HR frameworks
- Escalating where needed - but owning what you can
- Being the calm in someone's "we need to hire yesterday" storm
If you're craving the kind of Recruitment work where you get to problem-solve, and geek out over systems, and offer broader HR support - welcome home.
Hours and flexibility
This is a full-time role and we run a fairly regular roster covering 7am to 7pm, shifts look like 7am-3pm, 9am to 5pm or 11am to 7pm - usually a mix of all three. There are 1-2 days WFH per week as an option, plus we are pretty reasonable with flexibility so happy to chat about what works for you.
Ready to join a genuinely great team doing meaningful behind-the-scenes work?
